Position Overview

We are currently seeking committed, detail-oriented, and responsible individuals to join our operations team as IT Operators. This role is suitable for candidates who are looking for a stable weekday schedule within a structured manufacturing environment and who are willing to commit to overtime when required. Successful candidates will be involved in assembly, inspection, testing, and support of refrigeration unit production in accordance with established manufacturing standards.

Employment Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-Day Work Week)

• Contract Duration: 6 Months

• Contract Validity: Until end of June (Convertible subject to performance and operational needs)

• Salary Range: $11 – $16 per hour

Working Hours & Overtime Policy

• Standard Office Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Overtime commences after 5:30 PM

• Overtime compensation and incentives are provided in accordance with company policy

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of parts and finished products in accordance with manufacturing instructions and method sheets

• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with product and safety standards

• Pack completed products accurately and securely for storage or shipment

• Test, inspect, braze, and assemble refrigeration units following standard operating procedures

• Assist in the design, preparation, and maintenance of jigs, fixtures, and parts trolleys

• Maintain proper housekeeping and adhere to workplace safety regulations

• Support production targets and assist in continuous improvement initiatives

• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or management

Candidate Requirements

• Must be willing and able to commit to overtime when operationally required

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment

• Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility and discipline

• Able to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team

• Prior manufacturing or technical experience is an advantage but not mandatory

• This position is open to Singapore Citizens only
