Position Overview

We are currently seeking responsible, hardworking, and committed individuals to join our team as Hotel Cleaners.

This role plays a crucial part in maintaining cleanliness standards and ensuring a comfortable environment for guests, residents, and building occupants. Cleanliness is one of the key factors that determines customer satisfaction and company reputation. Therefore, we are looking for individuals who demonstrate dedication, consistency, and a strong work ethic.

Scope of Work and Deployment Areas

Successful candidates may be deployed to various locations across Singapore, including but not limited to:

Hotels (both luxury and budget hotels)

Serviced apartments

Residential apartments

Office buildings

Commercial properties

Deployment will be arranged according to operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities

As a Hotel Cleaner, your responsibilities will include:

Performing daily cleaning duties according to company standard operating procedures.

Cleaning and making up hotel rooms or apartment units, including changing bed linens when required.

Cleaning common areas such as lobbies, corridors, lifts, staircases, public restrooms, and shared facilities.

Carrying out routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, dusting, and cleaning glass surfaces.

Emptying trash bins and ensuring proper disposal of waste in accordance with procedures.

Using cleaning chemicals and equipment properly and safely according to guidelines.

Ensuring all assigned areas are clean, neat, and hygienic before and after operational hours.

Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or irregularities to the supervisor.

Maintaining and taking proper care of cleaning equipment.

Complying with company policies, including workplace safety and health regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

Willing to work on a shift schedule based on operational needs.

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays if required.

Physically fit and able to perform active tasks for extended periods.

Disciplined, honest, and responsible.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Prior experience in hotel or building cleaning is an advantage but not mandatory.

Willing to be deployed to different locations across Singapore.

Working Hours

Working hours follow a shift system determined by management at the assigned location. Detailed schedules will be explained during the interview process.

Monthly salary ranging from $1900 to $2200, depending on experience and performance.
