Salary and Compensation

Basic Pay: $11 per hour

Overtime Pay: $16.50 per hour

Employees may be eligible for overtime depending on operational needs and workload. Overtime is compensated at the stated rate according to company policy. This provides employees with the opportunity to increase their overall monthly earnings when additional working hours are available.

Job Responsibilities

The Healthcare Packer role involves supporting the daily operations of the warehouse by preparing healthcare products for distribution. Employees in this role will perform tasks related to picking, sorting, packing, and labelling items according to order requirements.

Key responsibilities may include the following:

Picking healthcare products from designated storage areas based on order lists or packing instructions.

Sorting and organizing products according to order requirements before packing.

Packing items carefully to ensure they are protected and ready for safe transport.

Labelling medication and healthcare products accurately according to the required specifications and company guidelines.

Verifying product quantities and ensuring that the correct items are packed for each order.

Ensuring packaging is secure and compliant with handling standards for healthcare products.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the packing and warehouse areas.

Following operational procedures and safety guidelines when handling healthcare-related items.

Assisting supervisors and warehouse staff with additional tasks when required to support daily operations.

The work may involve repetitive tasks that require attention to detail and accuracy. Employees are expected to maintain focus and follow instructions carefully.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

Singapore Citizens only.

Able to work in a warehouse or packing environment.

Responsible, punctual, and able to maintain a professional work attitude.

Able to follow instructions and perform tasks accurately.

Comfortable performing routine packing and sorting duties.

Able to work independently as well as cooperate with team members.

Basic understanding of workplace safety and organization is beneficial.

Previous experience in warehouse packing, logistics, or healthcare distribution may be advantageous but is not required.

Training and guidance will be provided to help new employees understand the packing process and workflow within the facility.
