POSITION INFORMATION

 

Position: Healthcare Facility Cleaner (Hospital Cleaner)

 

Employment Type: Full-Time (Contract)

 

Working Days: 6 days per week

 

Work Schedule: Based on assigned shifts

 

Monthly Salary: $1,800 – $2,300

 

Basic Salary: Up to $2,300 (depending on experience and interview outcome)

 

Benefits: AWS (Annual Wage Supplement)

 

Overtime: Available when required and paid according to company policy

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

As a Healthcare Facility Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in the hospital according to established operational standards. Cleanliness in healthcare facilities is essential to ensure the comfort and safety of patients, visitors, and medical staff.

 

Main responsibilities include:

 

1. Patient Room Areas

 

Cleaning and tidying patient rooms thoroughly

 

Cleaning beds, tables, chairs, floors, and attached bathrooms

 

Replacing necessary items as instructed

 

Ensuring rooms remain clean, safe, and comfortable

 

 

2. Common Areas

 

Cleaning corridors, waiting areas, registration counters, and lifts

 

Sweeping and mopping floors regularly

 

Cleaning public restrooms and ensuring supplies are replenished

 

Maintaining cleanliness at building entrances and exits

 

 

3. Supplies and Waste Management

 

Replenishing items such as tissue paper, soap, and other hygiene supplies

 

Replacing trash bags regularly

 

Separating and disposing of waste according to procedures (medical and general waste)

 

Ensuring trash bins are clean and properly covered

 

 

4. Reporting and Coordination

 

Reporting facility damages to the supervisor

 

Informing supervisors of supply shortages

 

Attending daily briefings or following instructions from management

 

 

5. Additional Duties

 

Performing ad-hoc tasks as required by operational needs

 

Assisting team members during urgent cleaning tasks

 

Complying with workplace safety and hospital hygiene standards

 

 

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Previous cleaning experience (hotel, clinic, hospital, office) is an advantage

 

Candidates without experience are welcome to apply (basic training will be provided)

 

Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

 

Willing to work 6 days per week

 

Willing to work overtime when required

 

Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking

 

Able to work independently and as part of a team
