Salary & Working Hours

Basic Salary: $2,200 – $2,800 per month, depending on experience and skills

Working Days: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30

Saturday: 08:30 – 12:30

Work System: 5.5 days per week, with a half-day on Saturday

Job Responsibilities

As a Logistics Coordinator / Data Entry staff, you will play a key role in ensuring all administrative and logistics processes run smoothly, accurately, and on time.

Primary responsibilities include:

Updating daily logs and invoice information accurately.

Scanning and archiving invoices, documents, and related reports.

Organizing and sorting documents for easy access and record keeping.

Entering data into Microsoft Excel or the company’s internal systems.

Ensuring all data is stored neatly and traceable when needed.

Supporting the operations team with additional administrative tasks.

Handling ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

This position emphasizes accuracy, speed, and organizational skills and provides the opportunity to work with a professional, supportive, and results-oriented team.

Qualifications

Minimum education: High School / Vocational / Diploma

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level)

Detail-oriented, organized, disciplined, and responsible

Able to work independently and in a team

Experience in administration or logistics is a plus

Available to start work immediately

Good communication skills and proactive attitude
