FULL-TIME CLEANER (MULTIPLE POSITIONS)

JOB PROFILE

We are currently opening full-time employment opportunities for individuals interested in joining the professional cleaning services industry. This position offers long-term job stability with a fixed salary package and complete benefits according to established regulations.

The main location is in the Kallang area, Central Region, as well as more than 28 additional locations throughout Singapore. Job placement will be determined based on current vacancies, operational requirements and candidate suitability.

Job Type: Full Time (Full-Time)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Working Time: Afternoon shift

Work Period: 8 to 9 hours a day including 1 hour 40 minutes rest time

Monthly Salary: $2,325 to $2,530 (depending on position and scope of work)

Collection Status: Immediate

JOB OBJECTIVES

The main objective of this department is to ensure that all designated areas are clean, safe, tidy and comply with the cleanliness standards set by the company and customers. Employees play an important role in maintaining the image and reputation of the managed premises.

POSITIONS OFFERED

Rubbish Collector

Scope and Role:

Rubbish Collector is responsible for managing daily waste in the designated area. This position requires physical endurance and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Emptying trash cans in public areas, lobbies, corridors, elevators and designated areas.

Collect and transport residual waste to the disposal site provided.

Ensure that the rubbish bin area is always clean and does not disturb the environment.

Control waste in a safe manner and adhere to safety guidelines.

Clean up any spills or dirt related to waste.

Assists with general cleaning tasks as required by supervisor.

Floaters

Scope and Role:

Floaters are versatile workers who will be assigned to various locations based on operational needs. This position requires flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work in different environments.

Responsibilities include:

Replace workers who are on leave or are absent.

Carrying out cleaning tasks in various premises such as commercial buildings, offices or residential areas.

Ensure the same standards of cleanliness are maintained at all locations.

Follow the directions of the location supervisor in a professional and disciplined manner.

Report any operational or safety issues to management.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

All employees, regardless of position, will perform the following duties:

General Area Cleaning:

Sweep and mop elevator lobbies, stairs and corridors.

Clean floor surfaces including tiles and carpeted areas.

Use appropriate vacuum machines and cleaning equipment.

Toilet Cleaning:

Wash toilet bowls, sinks and mirrors.

Clean toilet floors and walls.

Ensure that the toilet is always clean and easy to use.

Replenish supplies such as tissues and soap.

Glass and Surface Cleaning:

Wiping glass doors and windows.

Clean high-touch surfaces such as door knobs and hand holders.

Wipe tables, cabinets and top surfaces in the pantry or office area.

Standard Compliance:

Ensure daily tasks are prepared according to the established schedule.

Adhere to safety procedures when using chemicals or equipment.

Store equipment neatly after use.

Report amenity damage or safety hazards immediately.
