JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Banquet / Buffet Crew Member, your responsibilities include:
• Greeting guests in a polite and professional manner
• Serving food according to event service standards
• Serving and refilling beverages
• Replenishing buffet food and drink stations
• Clearing tables after guests finish dining
• Resetting tables and chairs for the next session
• Assisting in ensuring smooth event operations
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the work area
• Coordinating with team members and supervisors to meet service standards
This role requires attentiveness, efficiency, and the ability to work well in a team. A friendly attitude and strong sense of responsibility are essential, as you will interact directly with guests.
SHIFT SYSTEM AND WORKING HOURS
• Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available
• Many events are scheduled on weekends
• Suitable for students after school or classes
• Ideal for individuals looking to work only a few hours per day
Working hours vary depending on the type of event, typically ranging from a few hours to half-day assignments. Full details will be provided before shift confirmation.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
• Up to $18 per hour
• Average pay ranges from $13 – $18 per hour depending on location and event type

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum age of 16 years old
• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents
• Foreign students from local government schools are eligible
• Able to communicate in English with guests
• Neat and professional appearance
• Punctual, responsible, and disciplined
Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or events is an advantage but not mandatory. Brief training and instructions are typically provided before each event.
DRESS CODE
• Black formal long pants
• Black formal leather shoes or black heels
• Top will be provided
• Dark-colored hair
• No bright or flashy manicure
• Clean and well-groomed appearance required
