FAST HIRING – MEDICAL PRODUCTION OPERATOR

A large-scale medical manufacturing company in Singapore is currently offering immediate employment opportunities for the position of Medical Production Operator. This vacancy is intended for candidates with experience in production or cleanroom environments who are ready to work on a shift basis under a contract of at least two months or longer. The position offers a fixed four-day work week with competitive earning potential.

GENERAL JOB INFORMATION

Work Location: Joo Koon, West Region, Singapore (Pioneer and surrounding areas)

Transportation Access: Company-provided shuttle transportation

Employment Type: Full Time or Contract

Work System: Fixed four-day work week (Monday to Thursday)

WORK SCHEDULE AND HOURS

This position operates on a rotating shift system based on operational requirements, with the following schedule:

Day Shift: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM

Night Shift: 08:00 PM – 08:00 AM

Candidates must be willing to work rotating shifts and perform overtime when required.

SALARY AND COMPENSATION

The basic salary offered is $14 per hour. With overtime and additional working hours, total earnings may reach up to $21 per hour. Salary payments are made promptly in accordance with company policies. In addition to compensation, employees will gain valuable experience in the medical industry, which maintains high standards and a well-structured working system.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Medical Production Operator, primary responsibilities include:

Handling the production process of medical devices and products in accordance with company standard operating procedures

Assisting in the operation of production machines and equipment

Ensuring smooth workflow along the production line

Conducting product quality inspections or Quality Control (QC)

Ensuring products meet medical quality and safety standards

Working in a cleanroom environment with strict hygiene standards

Complying with all safety procedures and medical industry regulations

Performing other ad-hoc duties as instructed by supervisors or required by operations

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Prior work experience in production, manufacturing, or cleanroom environments

Accustomed to working with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Able to work independently as well as in a team

Willing to work overtime when required

Able to commence work immediately

Willing to commit to a minimum of two months or longer

Physically fit and in good health

Disciplined, responsible, and possessing a strong work ethic
