CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER – SHIFT WORK | FAST HIRING
Location: Changi Airport, East Region, Singapore
Working Hours (Choose Your Own Shift):
Morning: 6:50am – 3:10pm
Afternoon: 2:40pm – 11:00pm
Night: 10:45pm – 7:05am
You can select a shift that best fits your needs and lifestyle. The schedule follows a 5-day work week with 1 day off, providing a good balance between work and personal time.
Salary and Benefits:
Basic salary: $2,175 – $2,275 per month
Night Shift Allowance: $100 for night shifts

Key Responsibilities:
Provide courteous, prompt, and professional customer service.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Perform opening and closing settlement procedures for each shift.
Provide bag wrapping services and upsell baggage services or products as needed.
Receive and issue baggage according to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Conduct baggage inspections according to SOP and security standards set by management and airport police.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management based on operational requirements.
