As part of our expansion and operational team strengthening, we are seeking individuals with strong work ethic, service-oriented mindset, discipline, and a desire to grow in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry to join us as Milk Tea Service Crew.

This position offers an opportunity for candidates who wish to start a career in the F&B industry, as well as for those with prior experience who are looking to further develop their skills in a dynamic and professional working environment.

POSITION INFORMATION

Position: Milk Tea Service Crew

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 5 days per week

(Including weekends and public holidays based on operational schedule)

Working Hours: 8–9 hours per shift

Work Schedule: 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night)

Location: Central Region and various other locations islandwide

Employees will be scheduled according to outlet operational needs. Flexibility in work scheduling is an essential requirement for this role.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Service Crew member, you will be part of the outlet operations team and play a key role in maintaining product quality standards and delivering an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Beverage Preparation and Production

Prepare bubble tea, milk tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and standard operating procedures.

Follow proper procedures in handling and processing ingredients consistently.

Ensure product taste, portioning, and presentation meet company standards before serving.

Operate equipment according to instructions and safety guidelines.

Customer Service

Greet customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner.

Assist customers in selecting products according to their preferences and needs.

Receive and process orders accurately and efficiently.

Handle payment transactions carefully and accurately.

Address customer inquiries or complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach.

Cleanliness and Hygiene Standards

Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including beverage preparation and service areas.

Clean equipment regularly in accordance with food hygiene standards.

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures.

Inventory and Operational Support

Monitor stock levels of ingredients and operational supplies.

Replenish stock as required.

Assist with receiving and storing goods according to procedures.

Support smooth daily outlet operations.

Compliance with Company Policies

Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.

Follow instructions from supervisors or outlet managers.

Contribute to teamwork efforts to achieve operational and service targets.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.

No prior work experience required; training will be provided.

Experience in F&B, retail, or as a barista is an advantage.

Disciplined, honest, and responsible work attitude.

Strong customer service orientation.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Good communication skills.

Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage but not mandatory.
