ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently expanding our operations and introducing a new public-facing initiative within the automotive services sector. As part of this growth phase, we are seeking motivated, responsible, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Car Grooming Support Executives.

No prior experience is required. Comprehensive training and guidance will be provided to ensure that all team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform effectively.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Car Grooming Support Executive plays a dual role in both customer engagement and operational support. You will be responsible for representing the company professionally during public engagements while also assisting in vehicle grooming operations when required.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Representation and Public Engagement

Represent the company at roadshows, campaigns, and events

Engage vehicle owners in a confident and professional manner

Communicate company services clearly and accurately

Provide accurate information regarding grooming services and related offerings

Maintain a polished and professional image at all times

As a frontline representative, you will serve as the first impression of the company’s brand and service standards.

Customer Consultation and Needs Assessment

Act as the first point of contact for inquiries

Understand customers’ vehicle concerns and requirements

Provide tailored recommendations based on individual needs

Deliver solutions using a consultative and informative approach

Ensure clients receive clear explanations without aggressive selling tactics

The emphasis of this role is on education, consultation, and relationship building rather than pressure-based sales.

Car Grooming and Detailing Support

Assist with vehicle detailing and grooming when required

Support preparation and maintenance of vehicles

Ensure cleanliness, quality control, and presentation standards are met

Work closely with operational team members to ensure service efficiency

You will gain practical exposure to automotive grooming processes and quality standards.

Client Experience and Relationship Management

Build trust and rapport with vehicle owners

Provide a positive and professional customer journey

Address basic concerns or escalate issues appropriately

Follow up on inquiries where necessary

Contribute to long-term brand credibility and customer satisfaction

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
