BOUTIQUE CLEANER – CITY HALL AREA (FULL-TIME)

The work location is strategically located in the city center, easily accessible by public transportation, and just a few minutes’ walk from City Hall MRT Station. The work area is in a professional and high-standard boutique environment.
ABOUT THIS POSITION
We are seeking a dedicated candidate to join us as a Boutique Cleaner. This position is a full-time position with a fixed schedule of six days a week.
We are looking for individuals with a strong work attitude, responsibility, and an understanding of the importance of maintaining a clean and tidy work environment. This position is crucial as boutique cleanliness directly impacts customer satisfaction and the company’s image.
The work focuses on cleaning the boutique area and staff room only. This position does not include toilet cleaning duties.
Candidates who can start work immediately will be prioritized in the selection process.
JOB DETAILS
Position: Boutique Cleaner
Status: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday)
Day Off: 1 day per week
Working Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Monthly Salary: $2,000 to $2,300 (based on experience and performance)
Working hours are fixed and stable. There are no night shifts or variable schedules.
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Boutique Cleaner, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all areas of the boutique are clean, organized, and fit for use at all times. High standards of cleanliness must be consistently maintained to create a comfortable and professional shopping environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Cleaning all areas of the boutique before, during, and after operating hours.
Sweep and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and prevent slipping.
Clean and dust display racks, tables, cabinets, glass, and other surfaces.
Remove smudges, fingerprints, and dirt from glass or shiny surfaces.
Tidy up display areas to maintain a clean and organized appearance.
Clean the cashier area and staff room as needed.
Wash and tidy away cups and drinking utensils used by staff.
Empty trash bins and replace trash bags regularly.
Ensure cleaning supplies are available and properly stored.
Perform additional (ad-hoc) tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
Adhere to company safety procedures and cleanliness standards at all times.
All duties are performed in designated boutique areas and internal spaces. Public restroom cleaning is not a responsibility.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND CRITERIA
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
Basic experience in cleaning (preferred, but not mandatory).
Honest, disciplined, and possess a strong work ethic.
Able to work independently without constant supervision.
Able to work in a team and communicate well.
Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness.
Able to follow instructions and work procedures accurately.
Good physical condition to perform daily cleaning tasks.

TRAINING AND ADAPTATION PROCESS
For candidates without extensive work experience, the company provides on-the-job training before starting full-time. The training includes:
Boutique and premium area cleanliness standards
Efficient and safe cleaning techniques
Use of cleaning tools and materials
Occupational safety procedures
Procedures for maintaining a tidy display area
