JOB INFORMATION

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

Working Days: 6 Days per Week

Work Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts (Day or Night, based on operational roster)

Monthly Salary: $4,000 – $5,100

Bonus: Up to $45,000 (subject to company terms and conditions)

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Auxiliary Police Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining safety and security, protecting individuals, and safeguarding important assets. This role requires alertness, professionalism, and strict adherence to standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine patrols at assigned locations

• Protect facilities, properties, and key installations

• Escort individuals or high-value assets when required

• Perform security checks and identity verification

• Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally

• Enforce regulations within the scope of authority

• Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports

• Work closely with team members and relevant authorities

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum N Level qualification or equivalent

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

• Willing to work 6 days per week

• Able to commit to 12-hour shift work

• Physically and mentally fit

• No serious criminal record

• Strong discipline, integrity, and sense of responsibility

• Able to work under pressure and in emergency situations

• Willing to undergo mandatory training before deployment

 

TRAINING AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT

Selected candidates will undergo professional training prior to deployment. The training program is designed to equip officers with operational knowledge, security skills, and a clear understanding of enforcement procedures.
