4 Days Work Schedule | Company Transport Provided | Up to $3,500 Gross Monthl

Position Overview
We are currently seeking motivated and responsible individuals to join our operations team as an Aerospace Material Handler. This role offers an excellent opportunity to enter the aerospace and aviation industry with structured training provided. Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be conducted.
This position is suitable for individuals who are looking for a stable income, structured shift work, and long-term career exposure within a regulated and professional aerospace environment.
Work Schedule and Shift Details
This position follows a 4 Days Work, 2 Days Off schedule, allowing for improved work–life balance.
Rotating Shifts:
Morning Shift: 6:30am – 4:15pm
Night Shift: 4:00pm – 1:45am
Shift rotation will be arranged according to operational requirements. Overtime opportunities may be available depending on workload and manpower needs.
Salary and Allowances
The total gross monthly salary can reach up to $3,500, comprising the following components:
Basic Salary: $2,000 – $2,300
Fixed Shift Allowance: $250
Performance Allowance: $150
This role provides stable and consistent monthly earnings, with allowances paid regularly based on shift assignment and performance.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily aerospace material handling and warehouse operations, including but not limited to the following:
Loading and unloading aircraft materials in a safe, accurate, and timely manner
Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments and materials
Proper storage, handling, and organization of aerospace components and equipment
Updating and maintaining inventory records and logistics documentation
Ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards, aviation regulations, and operational procedures
Supporting warehouse operations and assisting with general material handling duties as required
All tasks must be carried out in accordance with company policies and safety guidelines.
Training and Support
Comprehensive training will be provided
No prior experience is required
Suitable for entry-level candidates, fresh graduates, or individuals switching careers
Ongoing guidance and supervision from experienced team members
Candidate Requirements
Strong interest in aerospace, aviation, logistics, or warehouse operations
Willingness to work rotating shifts
Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work well in a team environment
Candidates with relevant experience are welcome, though not mandatory
