The workplace is located in the West Region of Singapore and serves as an important distribution hub supporting the company’s retail and supply chain operations. The warehouse handles receiving, storing, managing, and distributing products to retail outlets and customers across Singapore.
Employment Type
• Full-Time
• Contract Position
• 5 to 5.5 working days per week
• Rotating shift schedule
• Required to work on weekends and public holidays based on operational requirements
• Immediate placement available
Working Hours
Morning Shift
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Afternoon Shift
1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Working schedules may be adjusted according to operational needs. Applicants should be comfortable working rotating shifts and adapting to changing schedules when required.
Salary and Compensation Package
The company offers a competitive remuneration package designed to attract and retain quality employees.
Basic Monthly Salary:
$2,000 – $2,300
Meal Allowance:
$4 per eligible working day for employees assigned to the Afternoon Shift.
Sign-On Bonus:
Employees will receive a $200 bonus upon completion of every two months of continuous service during their first six months of employment.
Productivity Incentive:
Up to $320 based on operational performance and productivity targets.
In addition to the above, employees may also qualify for attendance incentives, performance rewards, and other company-recognized achievements that can further increase their overall monthly earnings.
Job Overview
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily warehouse activities. You will be involved in receiving goods, inventory management, order fulfillment, packing, and preparing products for delivery.
This position requires attention to detail, responsibility, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining operational excellence. Successful candidates will contribute directly to the efficiency of the warehouse and the overall customer satisfaction of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Support daily warehouse operations and activities
• Assist in receiving goods from suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers
• Verify incoming shipments against delivery documents
• Inspect received goods for quantity, quality, and condition
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items to supervisors
• Store products in designated warehouse locations
• Organize inventory systematically for easy retrieval
• Maintain proper housekeeping and warehouse organization
• Assist in loading products onto delivery vehicles
• Assist in unloading containers and incoming shipments
• Prepare customer and retail outlet orders accurately
• Perform picking activities according to delivery orders and operational requirements
• Pack products securely according to company standards
• Ensure products are properly labeled before shipment
• Conduct final checks before dispatch
• Assist with return and exchange processes when necessary
• Operate approved warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
• Support inventory control and stock management activities
• Update inventory records accurately and promptly
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts
• Assist in periodic stock-taking exercises
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse
• Follow all company SOPs and operational procedures
• Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve operational targets
• Perform additional duties assigned by management when required
Work Environment
Applicants should understand that this position is based in an active warehouse environment. Certain work areas may not be air-conditioned and may involve physical activities throughout the workday.
Employees should be comfortable standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and moving products regularly. The role requires a good level of physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks safely.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
• No prior experience required
• Training will be provided
• Willing to work rotating shifts
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
• Able to lift and carry products weighing at least 20kg
• Positive work attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, responsible, and disciplined
• Able to follow instructions effectively
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Committed to workplace safety and operational standards
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations
• Experience in fulfillment centers or distribution facilities
• Inventory management experience
• Valid forklift license
• Experience operating VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) equipment
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
